Hill Phoenix, Inc. is hiring a Materials Lead for the 2nd shift to oversee Material Handlers and ensure timely, accurate shipments. You will guide daily tasks, participate in quarterly inventories, and uphold safety, quality, and 6S standards.

Required 4+ years of warehouse experience, forklift operation, AS400 data entry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role includes overtime, with pay at $21.50 per hour plus discretionary bonus and commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with AS400 systems and basic Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and strong housekeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tasks assigned to Material Handlers and meet daily workloads.
• Assist with quarterly physical inventories and 6S audits.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in warehouse operations.
• Move products using lift or hand trucks; support shipping roles as needed.
