Inovar Packaging Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler in Irving, TX. You will move, store, and track materials, operate forklifts, and support production to ensure timely materials availability. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork across warehouse and manufacturing areas.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, updating records, assisting with cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills for verification and documentation.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners and ERP/WMS systems helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, stage, and track materials across the facility.
• Deliver materials to production lines based on schedules.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely.
• Verify inbound shipments and report shortages or damages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize work areas.
• Complete paperwork and system transactions accurately and on time.
• Support cycle counts and inventory discrepancies investigations.
• Communicate with teams to support daily operations.
