Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is hiring a Material Handler Driver for the 2nd shift in Charlotte, NC. The role involves order picking, RF scanning, and safe material movement within a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, prior material handling experience, and the ability to stand, walk, and multi-task for long shifts. Pay starts at $21.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous Material Handling experience preferred (cherry/reach lift).
• Standing and walking for the entire shift; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move parts or finished product and deliver mail/packages to various departments using RF scanner.
• Maintain required paperwork and documentation of all parts and materials moved.
• Ensure safe operating processes for all equipment in Charlotte DLC.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and assist training of new employees.
• Retrieve and count product to fulfill customer orders.
• Stock and arrange product to support warehouse inventory turns.
• Support distribution by receiving and transporting components to the floor safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
