The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and overtime as needed. This entry-level role offers full-time hours with benefits and a focus on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and a positive attitude as part of a production team.
• Pre-employment physical and drug test are required.
• Stand and walk up to 8 hours daily; frequent bending, lifting and twisting.
• Overtime may be required to meet production demands.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble cardboard boxes for packing finished product.
• Pack finished products into boxes at specified rates.
• Palletize finished goods and stage pallets for shipment.
• Operate tape machine to seal boxes securely.
• Move pallets to and from designated areas.
• Adhere to safety rules and report production safety concerns.
• Performs other duties to support production demands.
