Job summary

Crystal Group, Inc is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler to issue and pull materials for production and customer orders. The role supports inventory accuracy, receives goods, updates records, and maintains an organized stockroom. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

The position is full-time, on-site with a 3:00 PM–1:00 AM schedule, Monday–Thursday, and includes comprehensive benefits and an ESOP participation. Prior GMP experience is preferred and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and GMP preferred.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team oriented with safety conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Issue and pull materials to support production and customer orders.
• Assist with receiving and tracking inventory and updating records.
• Maintain organized stockroom and update spreadsheets.
• Package and route machine parts and enter transactions in the system.
• Support tooling storage, kitting, and smooth flow of product.
