Job summary

OSI Group is seeking a Warehouse/Production Support Associate to ensure a steady flow of materials to the production lines in our Indiana facility. You will communicate with Operators, supply components, and verify materials clear QC holds, maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, can operate a forklift or pallet jack (certified preferred), and can read product labels.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read product labels (codes, descriptions, weights).
Forklift/pallet jack operation competence.
Certified forklift driver preferred, willing to train to certification.

Responsibilities

Communicate with Operators to maintain continuous flow of material and prevent shortages.
Continuously supply the required components to the assigned production department.
Ensure materials clear QC Hold and are used in correct products.
Transport product, open boxes, and ensure ingredients are available at each station.
Notify group leader or supervisor of any food quality issue or foreign objects.
Report damage or malfunctioning equipment to the Supervisor.
Stock finished products or boxes on pallets and manage empty pallets.
Monitor safety procedures in the area.
Keep work area clean and adhere to rules.
Drive at a safe speed and wear PPE as needed.
Follow GMPs and safety policies, training, and applicable laws.
Perform other duties as assigned.
