Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE) is hiring for a 2nd Shift Material Handler at our Miami, FL facility. This role starts a path to growth within a company known for promoting from within and investing in employees.

You’ll work in a team, handling glass and metal products with focus on safety and quality. You will move materials, label packages, and use tools like dolly, crane, pallet jack, and glass cutters to support production and shipping operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Safety-first mindset is essential in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Move glass and metal products from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or crates for 8+ hours daily.
• Attach the appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Use dolly, crane, pallet jack, glass cutters and other tools to handle glass.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
