Qualifications

• Experience handling raw materials in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to safely handle all products and materials.
• Willingness to perform under minimal supervision and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and perform material handling safely.
• Move strips and finished goods to support production flow.
• Inspect incoming board/rolls for flute/caliper and size accuracy.
• Complete on-floor documentation and maintain envelopes for records.
• Assist with miscellaneous assignments and general labor as needed.
