Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Southington, CT, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift (M-F, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM) with overtime as needed. Base pay starts at $19.50 per hour with a possible $1 premium. You will move materials, stock lines, count inventory, pick/load goods, and ensure safe, accurate operations.

Requires ability to lift heavy items, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and basic computer/app familiarity. SAP experience preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and packing.
• Good written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to operate basic computer systems and automated tools.

Responsibilities

• Move materials safely and efficiently.
• Accurately issue and stock production lines.
• Cycle count raw materials as required.
• Pick and load finished goods with care.
• Ensure loads are accurate and properly combined.
• Weigh and prepare scrap material for pickup.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
