Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Materials Handler to support receiving, stocking, and inventory control using powered industrial trucks on the 2nd shift (3:30pm–2:00am).

You will verify deliveries against PO, move materials to points of use, perform cycle counts, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse. A HS diploma and forklift experience are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6-12 months of related experience and/or training required.
• 2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials from trailers; verifies accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS.
• Receive material deliveries, verifies items and quantities to PO, and acquires proper paperwork.
• Efficiently moves materials to and from point of use, ensuring product quality is maintained.
• Responsible for accurate takeaways or replacements of Kanban racks and empty racks.
• Ensure product is properly labeled with part number, name, and quantity; rotates stock as needed.
• Receive returned product; verifies warranty status; updates WMS; prepares product for disposal or return to stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory; conducts cycle counts; transfers product in WMS; investigates and resolves variances.
• Train other employees, maintain a clean and safe workspace, other duties as assigned.
• Operate a company vehicle in accordance with established traffic and transportation procedures and laws.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and supervisors/leads.
