Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Materials Handler for the 2nd shift (3:30pm–2:00am, Mon–Thu) with possible OT on Fri/Sat. Primary duties include receiving materials, stocking, and inventory control using a forklift and WMS.

Responsibilities cover loading/unloading, labeling, cycle counts, and training teammates in safe, efficient material flow. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, forklift experience, and 6–12 months of related work with 2–5 years preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6-12 months of related experience and/or training required.
• 2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials from trailers; verifies accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS.
• Receive material deliveries, verifies items and quantities to PO, and acquires proper paperwork.
• Efficiently moves materials to and from point of use, ensuring product quality is maintained.
• Maintain accurate inventory; conducts cycle counts; transfers product in WMS; investigates variances.
• Train other employees, maintain a clean and safe workspace, other duties as assigned.
