Job summary

API Heat Transfer is seeking a Crib Attendant B on 2nd shift to support our Lean Cultural Change initiative. You will assist in loading/unloading, move materials, and ensure accurate inventory while collaborating with a safety‑minded operations team.

Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma, 2 years in shipping/receiving, forklift operation, and familiarity with warehouse management systems. We offer competitive starting wages, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a multi-site

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma.
• Two years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• Forklift operation certification.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Move materials to storage areas and between departments.
• Gather parts from production schedule and deliver to proper department.
• Package spare parts orders and return goods for shipping.
• Operate material handling equipment (crane, forklift, carts).
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas.
• Perform weekly cycle count/inventory accuracy.
