Job summary

API Heat Transfer is seeking a Crib Attendant B for 2nd shift in Buffalo, NY. This role supports loading/unloading, material handling, and order fulfillment within a Lean transformation culture.

The position offers career development, health benefits, and PTO as part of a multi-site, global operations environment. Starting wage is $25.72/hour with incremental increases to $28.10 after one year and a second-shift differential of $1.75.

Qualifications

• GED or HS diploma required.
• Two years of shipping/receiving experience.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Move materials to correct storage areas and organize stock.
• Gather parts per production schedule and deliver to departments.
• Mark issued material and submit shop orders to Material Control.
• Package spare parts orders and prepare for shipping per instructions.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklift and crane (where applicable).
• Check tools in/out of stock room and keep storage clean.
• Perform weekly inventory accuracy audits by cycle count.
• Carry out related duties as assigned.
