Tru Vue Inc. is seeking a dedicated Material Handler for the 2nd shift at our Faribault, MN facility. The role involves moving and tracking materials, supporting production lines, and aiding shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.

You will maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and use inventory systems to record transactions. The job emphasizes teamwork, reliability, safety, and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Move, track, and manage materials throughout the facility
• Supply production lines to keep operations running efficiently
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
• Maintain accurate inventory, including cycle counts and FIFO
• Stage and prepare materials for production and shipment
• Use inventory systems to track materials and transactions
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and quality checks
• Support team operations and continuous improvement efforts
