Tru Vue Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Material Handler to control the tracking, storage and issuance of materials to production lines, ensuring timely availability for schedules.

You will support shipping/receiving, maintain FIFO, assist with cycle counts, and help develop work instructions while promoting safety and continuous improvement in a high-performance team environment. Requirements include forklift experience, familiarity with electronic inventory systems, and the ability to perform

Qualifications

• One year of forklift experience with a good driving record.
• Familiarity with electronic inventory management systems.
• Able to learn and perform electronic transactions accurately.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Able to organize, prioritize and plan ahead to meet production needs.
• High attention to quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Controls the tracking, storage and issuance of materials to production lines.
• Supports lines with materials for production and packaging.
• Maintains FIFO and inventory for scheduled orders.
• Monitors receiving/shipping areas and warehouses items.
• Aids in shipments and receipts as needed.
• Participates in cycle counts and inventory functions.
• Promotes continuous improvement and waste reduction.
