Job summary

Jobot Consulting is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler in Fresno, CA to ensure steady material flow to production lines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will unload, count, inspect, and weigh materials, operate forklifts, and handle hazardous materials safely, contributing to a strong safety culture and reliability.

The role requires experience in receiving/inventory, proficiency with MS Office, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics roles.
• Forklift operation and hazardous materials handling certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office; data management and reporting.
• Strong data entry and file management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/45001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participating in routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Unloading, uncrating, unpacking, inspecting, counting, and weighing materials using forklifts or manual handling techniques.
• Handling hazardous materials in accordance with established procedures, ensuring safety at all times.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety policies and ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.
• Adhering to attendance, conduct, and safety requirements, demonstrating professionalism and dedication.
• Managing data entry and file management tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
