Job summary

The Watkins Company in Winona, MN is seeking a full-time Material Handler for the 2nd shift. The role runs Monday through Thursday from 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM with a rate of pay at $24.49 per hour, which includes shift differential.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, maintaining inventory records, operating inventory systems, cycle counts, and assisting in production line setup with specified materials and quantities. Benefits described are available on hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with material handling and inventory systems preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to perform flexibility and strength assessments.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Utilizes the inventory system and maintains records.
• Monitors BOM, job transfers and shipping/receiving processes.
• Performs cycle counts and updates inventory reports.
• Moves inventory and sets up production lines by item and quantity.
• Provides backup for other manufacturing positions as needed.
