Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a manufacturing operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm) to join our production team. You will set up, run, and maintain equipment that fills and packages products for shipment, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities include operating high-speed dispersers, filling machines, pumps, valves, and robotics, while monitoring quality and keeping logs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• One year of manufacturing or distribution facility experience preferred.
• Experience monitoring gauges, dials, or other machinery indicators preferred.
• Experience operating packaging equipment such as robotics, filling machines, case packers, or labelers preferred.
• Experience using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint making control systems and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Breakdown and clean all equipment including pumps, tanks, valves, and lines.
• Package and label filled containers to specifications.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Maintain production logs and report breakdowns promptly.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members.
