Job summary

Genezen is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II/III to perform hands-on production of clinical and/or commercial cell and gene therapy products in a cGMP environment. You will work with MSAT, QC, QA, Engineering, and Validation teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality operations.

The role is on the 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm at the Lexington, MA facility. Expect routine and non-routine manufacturing tasks, adherence to GDP, SOPs, and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing experience in a cGMP environment.
• Experience writing and reviewing manufacturing documentation.
• Knowledge of GDP principles and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine and non-routine production activities per schedule.
• Follow cGMP requirements, SOPs, batch records, and solution prep records.
• Operate ERP transactions in real time with accuracy.
• Demonstrate aseptic processing techniques.
• Support changeovers and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
