Job summary

Genezen Inc. in Lexington, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to perform hands-on production of clinical and/or commercial cell and gene therapy products in a cGMP environment. You will execute manufacturing operations, capture real‑time documentation, and collaborate with MSAT, QC, QA, Engineering and Validation teams to ensure quality and compliance.

The position is Monday‑Friday, 7am–3:30pm. Requires 0–2 years of manufacturing experience and a Life Sciences/Engineering degree.

Qualifications

High School, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
0-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience in (bio)manufacturing unit operations (USP and/or DSP).

Responsibilities

Execute routine and non-routine production activities according to the manufacturing schedule.
Follow cGMP requirements, SOPs, batch records, and solution preparation records.
Operate ERP system to execute transactions accurately and in real-time.
Demonstrate and apply aseptic processing techniques.
Assist with equipment qualification and validation efforts.
Coordinate equipment and facility issues with Senior and Lead Technicians.
