Job summary

Integer is seeking an Assembly/Inspection Associate to follow documented procedures and meet production and quality targets. You will set up equipment per MPI and QWI, understand your tasks within the team, and work under defined supervision to maintain workflow.

Responsibilities include visual and dimensional inspection, device history records, and potential packaging. You will contribute to process improvements, ensure safety, and participate in shift operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum educated, high school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
• Demonstrated competency in assembly processes and ability to recognize defects.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to core beliefs, safety and quality policies.
• Sets up equipment per MPI and QWI.
• Understands tasks and works under defined supervision.
• Understands production flow in department.
• Assembles components per print using manual/automatic machines.
• Inspects parts or assemblies for conformance to specs.
• Completes device history records per GDP.
• May package assemblies for shipping.
• Participates in team improvement and customer satisfaction efforts.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment and follows regulations.
• Participates in flex break programs.
• Expands skills through training and cross-training.
• Performs other duties as required.
