Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Brooklyn Park, MN seeks a Manufacturing Team Member I to perform assembly and inspection per written procedures, with a second shift 4:00pm–2:30am Mon–Thu, and a competitive hourly wage with a 22% shift differential.

You will set up equipment, assemble components, inspect with a microscope, document results, and participate in continuous improvement efforts, with comprehensive benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows written instructions in English.
• Reads blueprints to verify parts and assemblies.
• Familiarity with microscopes and precise measuring devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment for assembly/inspection per process specs.
• Assemble component parts as per print and operate manual/auto machines.
• Visually and dimensionally inspect parts using a microscope or gauges.
• Complete required documentation and quality records.
• Participate in team activities focused on continuous improvement.
