Integer Holdings Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member II to perform assembly and inspection tasks following written procedures to meet production and quality requirements. You will set up equipment, read blueprints, use microscopes, and inspect parts, with a first shift 5:30am-4:00pm Monday through Thursday.

Compensation ranges from $19.04 to $27.92 per hour, plus benefits. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork in a regulated medical device

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to read instructions in English and follow detailed procedures.

Responsabilités

• Set up equipment for assembly/inspection as per process specification.
• Assemble components and inspect for conformance using a microscope.
• Complete required documentation and assist with packaging as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cross-training activities.
