Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: 4+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Special Skills: Reading in English, follow detailed instructions, effective communication, familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices, proficient in production operations.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per process specs.
• Performs assembly and inspection, uses microscopes for measurement.
• Completes documentation and may train/assist others.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
