You will monitor processes, resolve issues, adhere to procedures, and coach staff to achieve high standards while fostering a collaborative, respectful work environment and strong cross-functional communication.

Formación

• Experience in 5S, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong leadership skills in a manufacturing environment.
