Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on coordinating safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while driving continuous improvement and team morale.

You will lead standardized work, oversee CAPA processes, and partner with planning to meet customer requirements. Strong leadership and Lean/Sigma knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering and leadership experience.
• Education in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and 5S knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure safety and high quality.
• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating schedules and travelers.
• Lead standard work and continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Address quality issues via CAPA and root-cause analysis.
• Develop the workforce's technical and communication skills for sustained performance.
• Model company values and lead with data-driven decisions.
