The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, with strong leadership and Lean Manufacturing knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of manufacturing experience with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven success leading teams, hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles with experience in continuous improvement.
• Ability to read safety procedures, technical drawings, and production documents.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for decision-making.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
