• 6–12 months warehouse experience required.
• 6–12 months forklift operation experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or forklift-training program within 30 days preferred.

• Monitor performance and provide feedback to associates.
• Open/close and secure the building as directed.
• Communicate work practices and methods to associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate training records.
