Gemini, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Specialist to support the 2nd and 3rd shift teams at our Taylor, TX location. You will learn and demonstrate proficiency across plant positions to help meet business needs, and support the flat cut out, plastics and pronto shops.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and flexibility in a positive, people-first culture. You will perform finishing, painting, shipping, laser/router operations, laminating, and Lean/Continuous Improvement tasks, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Secondary school education or equivalent completed.
• 1–2 years of experience in a production environment.
• Preferred: manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: automotive paint experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in all plant positions to support business needs.
• Finish and assemble products as instructed by the work order.
• Inspect, count, and confirm order contents against the work order.
• Operate lasers or routers to produce product as directed by the work order.
• Laminate foils or metal to substrates per instructions.
• Participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement activities and duties as assigned.
