Job summary

Alkegen in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I for the 2nd shift. You will set up and operate production machinery, including presses and coating lines, to maintain production throughput and quality.

You will perform equipment changes, troubleshoot issues, complete paperwork, and support a safe, clean workplace. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus; a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Alkegen values diversity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and change over production machinery including die set-up and material changes.
• Operate presses and CDCH coating operations to meet quality and rate targets.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to maintain quality standards.
• Stock machines with material throughout the shift and assist with dies.
• Complete all paperwork and BPCS transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety policies.
• Support general housekeeping and participate in special projects as needed.
