Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Menomonee Falls, WI.

The role focuses on maintaining safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems, with preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include PMs, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/HVAC systems, CMMS documentation, and assisting with equipment setups.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel occasionally between company facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
• Assist with the installation, setup, and modification of new and existing production equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, lubrication, belt adjustments, filter replacements, and equipment servicing.
• Monitor and maintain pulp molding lines, dryers, grinders, and water recycling systems.
• Participate in machine setups and product changeovers.
• Document repairs accurately in the CMMS system.
• Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts for maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
