Pop-Up Talent in Wisconsin is seeking a Journeyman or Journeyman Electrician for 2nd shift (3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) to keep our manufacturing line running smoothly. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment.

The position offers an hourly rate of $34–$35, shift differential, overtime potential, and a full union-negotiated benefits package including medical, dental, vision, STD, life, and 401K.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical certification OR 7+ years paid maintenance experience.
• Excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, including lubrication, inspection, calibration, and repair.
• Troubleshoot production equipment breakdowns.
• Use manuals and parts to diagnose and order components.
