Jahabow, LLC in Owensville, MO is hiring a Manufacturing Machine Operator on 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM). Starting at $18/hour plus a $2.50/hour shift premium, with overtime and Saturdays as needed.

We manufacture display cases and fixtures for major retailers and train the right candidate on our equipment. We value hands-on experience operating factory machinery and seek mechanically inclined individuals who can read blueprints, use measuring tools, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or fabrication equipment.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills for setting up jobs.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate aluminum processing equipment, including saws, punch presses, mills, and CNC machinery.
• Load materials and run jobs according to specifications.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions.
• Inspect finished products using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report to supervisors.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
