Job summary

Skana Aluminum Company in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will lead a production team, monitor workflow, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Expect to coach operators, partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering, and uphold safety and efficiency. Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing and familiarity with Lean/ISO 9001 are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• ISO 9001 or Lean Manufacturing exposure.
• Bonus: experience with ERP, MRP, or CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the production team to meet daily goals.
• Monitor workflow and adjust on the fly to keep lines running smoothly.
• Coach, train, and develop operators to improve performance.
