Qualigence International in Ohio is seeking reliable, hands-on individuals for a 2nd shift Manufacturing (Production Support) role on a temp/contract basis. No experience needed — we’ll train you to read blueprints, perform production tasks, and conduct basic quality checks. The position requires physical effort and attendance on the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Second shift availability.
• Able to read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions.

Responsibilities

Manufacturing (production support) – 2nd Shift
Full-Time $18 - $24/hour

If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable reading a blueprint, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you — no manufacturing experience required!

What You'll Do

• Perform hands‑on production tasks following blueprints and work instructions on 2nd shift
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions to produce parts correctly
• Perform basic quality checks using hand measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, gauges, micrometers)

What You Bring

• A mechanically inclined, hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions
• Comfort using basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
• Reliable attendance and availability to work 2nd shift
• Ability to lift 25 lbs

Nice to Have

• Prior manufacturing or production experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with hand tools or precision measuring equipment
• Willingness to learn machine operation on the job
