Raytheon Company in Largo, FL is seeking an onsite assembler for second shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). You will modify, repair and assemble cables, mechanical, electronic and hi-res subassemblies following detailed drawings and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble cables, mechanical, electronic, microelectronic and hi-res assemblies and subassemblies per instruction sheets and schematics.
• Use jigs, fixtures, soldering irons and hand/power tools; operate departmental machines as required.
• Receive and dispense materials to lines; move material as directed.
• Verify workmanship and product quality to applicable standards.
• Collect data and maintain records (written or electronic).
• Handle and dispose of hazardous waste chemicals as required.
• Capable of lifting up to 28 lbs.
• May need to complete training courses.
