Acara Solutions in Malabar, FL is seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician for a 12-month Temp to Perm assignment in the Aerospace and Defense sector. The role involves wiring, hand soldering, and assembling cable harnesses from technical drawings, using both hand tools and automated equipment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years’ experience with CCAs, lead trimming, and through-hole parts placement.

High School Diploma or GED is required.
4+ years of CCAs assembly experience or related lead trimming.
4+ years of experience running a contact machine and hand-placing through-hole parts on CCAs.
4+ years of Lead trimming experience.

Responsabilidades

Perform electronic and electromechanical assembly using hand tools and automated production equipment as required.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to complete assembly tasks accurately.
Carry out wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing while meeting specified tolerances.
Set up and adjust equipment and assembly processes to ensure compliance with technical requirements and quality standards.
Identify and resolve routine assembly issues, communicate with team members, and elevate more complex problems to a supervisor when needed.
