Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Fort Myers is seeking a dependable, bilingual Spanish-English Night Manager to oversee commercial cleaning and facility-service accounts in Lee County and Collier County.

This is a hands-on, field-supervision role. You will visit client sites during the evening, inspect janitorial work, communicate with cleaning teams, resolve issues, support staffing coverage, and help ensure that each account meets our quality standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience supervising janitorial teams preferred.
• Experience in commercial cleaning/building maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial client locations during evening hours.
• Inspect cleaning and maintenance work for quality and scope compliance.
• Communicate instructions and feedback clearly in English and Spanish.
• Supervise and support cleaning teams and independent contractors.
• Address cleaning team service issues, equipment and supplies issues, etc.
• Complete inspection reports and communicate urgent concerns to the City Wide management team.
• Verify proper use of approved cleaning tools, equipment, policies, and procedures.
• Occasional cleaning as needed, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Complete other operational duties as needed to maintain strong relationships with crews and help ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

• Janitorial, commercial cleaning, building maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory, team-lead, foreman, or crew-lead experience.
• Fluent or highly proficient in both Spanish and English.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Comfortable traveling between assigned customer locations which will vary each night.
• Able to work independently during evening hours.
• Experience with floor work and carpet cleaning is a plus.
• Physical activity: Frequent sitting, bending, standing, and walking; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and drive at night.
• Shift: Evenings beginning at 6:00 PM and driving between Naples and Fort Myers, 6-8 hours per night (we can be flexible), Mon-Fri nights. (Sun-Thursday night is a plus.)
• Pay: $20 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement.
