Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Memphis distribution center. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing equipment, buildings, and fixtures to support operational uptime. Training on the Day shift is available, with a 2nd shift schedule and potential overtime.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on lifts, hydraulic and electrical systems, plus plumbing and ventilation work. Temp-to-perm opportunities may arise based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or related fields.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and technical instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical motors, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to train on Day shift (7am-3:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment, buildings, and fixtures within the distribution center
• Perform preventative maintenance on lift trucks, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems
• Inspect and evaluate roof structures, doors, and dock equipment
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues to support operational uptime
