Job summary

ITU AbsorbTech in Neenah, WI is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for the 2nd shift to repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery.

You will read blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and perform proactive maintenance to minimize downtime. The position requires an Associate’s degree in Facilities Maintenance and 3–5 years of related experience.

Pay is $31–$32.81 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential; a $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Facilities Maintenance and 3–5 years’ related experience in maintenance or mechanical repair.
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and equipment issues.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics and follow manuals.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery.
• Work with electrical, boilers, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and other production machines and equipment.
• Work from blueprints, electrical schematics, operating manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications.
• Perform general maintenance operations.
