Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Morgan Hill, CA area to support a semiconductor manufacturing environment on the 2nd shift. The role involves maintaining electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with a focus on ensuring equipment reliability in a class 10k cleanroom.

This temp-to-hire position requires adaptability to shift changes and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment.
• Ability to work with all levels of personnel and communicate with line operators.
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime as required.

Responsabilités

• Perform timely repair or troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment (Die Attach, Wire bonders, and other equipment).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic systems.
• Install, start up, and shut down equipment following safety procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records for equipment and inform management of potential issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, production supervisors and technicians to ensure daily maintenance activities.
