Job summary
Aisin Drivetrain, Inc. is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in a fast-paced, highly automated facility. The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $28.00–$40.00 per hour, plus a $2.50/hr shift differential. Work hours are 2:00 p.m.

Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting Industrial Automation / Robotics / PLC & CNC Control Systems.
- Knowledge of AC/DC Electrical Control/Power Systems and pneumatics & hydraulics.
- Ability to read and implement electrical and mechanical schematics/blueprints.
- Adherence to NEC, NFPA 70E and OSHA standards; basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Word).
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning industrial equipment.
- Upgrade equipment to improve safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Utilize provided tools and test equipment to complete daily tasks.
