Job summary

Jones Dairy Farm is seeking Maintenance Technicians for the 2nd shift in Fort Atkinson, WI. The role focuses on daily preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to improve plant reliability and efficiency.

Daily communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and Planner supports continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical/mechanical systems, PLCs, and schematic reading.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Maintenance Technician role or equivalent experience.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain and troubleshoot equipment at high level.
• Provide safe, reliable and efficient operation of plant systems.
• Log time and material usage into CMMS for PMs and corrective maintenance.
• Support the company’s preventive maintenance program.
