Job summary

Magna Seating is seeking an Electrical/Mechatronic Technician to support a 2nd shift in Lancaster, OH. You will diagnose PLC/HMI issues, program robots, and maintain equipment per specifications.

Candidate should have an engineering degree or trades qualification, plus experience with Allen Bradley RSLogix, Robot systems, and the ability to read schematics and drawings while ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic technician or similar Engineering degree/diploma/certificate or trades qualification.
• Knowledge of PLC/HMI programming and robot programming is required or asset.
• Ability to read and understand schematics/ drawings and update electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing line support and service, maintain, repair, install and test equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC/HMI and robotic systems to support production.
• Create/modify electrical drawings and diagrams; ensure safety standards are met.
