Job summary

Isola Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) to troubleshoot and repair production line equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and document work for continuous improvement.

The role requires 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, an associate degree in industrial electrical, and PLC troubleshooting skills. Schedule is 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime; compensation is $30–$34 per hour plus $1.25 shift differential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, repairing high-volume automated production equipment
• Associate degree or technical schooling in industrial electrical
• Experience with sensors and wiring (0-10V, 4-20mA)
• Knowledge of NEC codes relating to routing and conductor sizing

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot industrial machinery to prevent downtime
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs or part replacements
• Respond promptly to emergencies to minimize downtime
• Apply 5S to keep the facility clean and organized
• Participate in Lean/Six Sigma training and continuous improvement events
• Assist training of maintenance staff and support Plant Emergency Response Team
• Read blueprints and schematics for repairs as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols and ISO/OSHA standards
