Job summary

Isola Group in Ridgeway, SC is hiring a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to support production line equipment and facility systems. The role focuses on complex troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and documenting work performed. Schedule is 5:00am to 5:30pm, seven days with a 3-2-2-3 rotation.

Overtime and weekend work required. PLC troubleshooting with Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley and other PLCs may be involved.

Qualifications

• Five years of industrial maintenance experience including repair and troubleshooting of high-volume automated production equipment.
• Minimum of two years' experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLCs: Mitsubishi, Omron, Direct PLC, Modicon, Allen-Bradley SLC5, ControlLogix, PICO, PLC5.
• Associates degree in Industrial Electrical or 2-year technical school equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Use 5S methods to maintain facility cleanliness and equipment areas.
• Participate in Lean/Six Sigma training and continuous improvement.
• Repair and maintain equipment including welding and fabrication as required.
