Qualifications
- Basic troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical systems in production equipment and facilities.
- Capable of reading blueprints and schematics; basic PLC fundamentals and electrical test equipment knowledge.
- Familiar with LOTO, fall protection and confined space practices; able to use hand and portable tools daily.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to safety policies in the work area and Morgan Corporation guidelines.
- Operate required tools and interpret measurements on instruction; read precision gauges.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits (AC/DC) and PLCs as part of maintenance tasks.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks, and overhead cranes when needed.
- Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required; meet physical requirements (lifting up to 35 lbs).
- Read work orders and apply tasks; participate in continuous improvement and preventive maintenance.
