Job summary

• Must have two-year technical degree in an Industrial Maintenance field.
• 2-3 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively perform preventive maintenance to OEM standards.
• Analyze line performance and support improvements.
• Document work orders in CMMS and follow best practices.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and plant initiatives.
• Train Operators on basic maintenance tasks.
