Job summary

Kloeckner Metals Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure the operation and maintenance of equipment on the 2nd shift. You will address operational and safety concerns while coordinating preventive maintenance with OEMs.

The role requires a high school degree, technical background, and at least 2 years of mechanical experience, preferably in agricultural or automotive areas. Great communication skills and a detail-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years mechanical experience required, agricultural and/or automotive a plus.
• Strong background in hydraulic systems and diesel engines.
• Demonstrated reliable work history and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation of the facility by completing preventive maintenance requests.
• Works with OEM manufacturers to troubleshoot and address any sudden breakdowns.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures.
