Qualifications

• 1 year experience or combination of experience and trade school in maintenance (building, MHE, or refrigeration)
• Capable of completing preventative maintenance with minimal supervision
• Proficient with power and hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the facility
• Problem-solving and attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and priorities workload
• Comfort working in cold storage temperatures and hot environments
• Able to lift 50 lbs./23 kgs
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed
• Comfort with noise levels and working at height

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, calibration, preventative maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and electrical assets affecting facility operations
• Perform maintenance on proximity switches, sensors, pressure switches, and testing equipment at automated sites
• Inspect and repair refrigeration systems
• Maintain PM procedures and report equipment status to leadership daily
• Maintain and operate material handling equipment per guidelines
• Operate welding equipment and powered tools as needed
• Use onsite lift equipment for maintenance tasks
